Biography

Annabelle brings five years of experience in conveyancing and property law, with a strong practical understanding of the complexities that can arise throughout a property transaction.

 

Alongside her professional experience, Annabelle is currently completing a Bachelor of Laws, further developing her legal knowledge and expertise.



Recent Work

 

  • Assisting clients purchasing multiple properties in an SMSF to ensure the transaction was compliant with relevant legislation.
  • Assisting a less experienced legal practitioner representing the other side on a transaction to facilitate scheduled settlement of a complex conveyancing matter.
  • Assisting a client in family law property transfer to ensure the client’s interests were protected in the transfer of real property.
  • Preparing and registering a commercial lease of part of a premises.



 

Background

Annabelle’s experience extends across a broad range of matters, including residential purchases and sales, SMSF and company property acquisitions, family law transfers and leasing transactions.

 

Annabelle works closely with clients throughout each stage of their matter, from contract preparation and review through to negotiations and settlement. Annabelle takes a considered and client-focused approach, placing particular emphasis on clear communication, excellent organisation, attention to detail and ensuring her clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
