Biography
Monique practices across a range of areas with a particular focus on family law, estates and will disputes, consumer & commercial litigation and employment law.
Monique is dedicated and determined in seeking to resolve client matters in a collaborative and proactive manner. Monique understands the importance of efficient and effective legal representation in meeting the needs of her clients.
Monique’s compassionate nature ensures she builds genuine rapport with her clients to navigate challenging legal situations.
Recent Work
Background
Monique completed her Education qualifications in 2007 and became a high school English / History / Drama teacher, predominantly teaching HSC students. Her talents and ‘can do’ attitude were recognised and Monique was appointed to various school leadership roles.
Monique also completed her Law degree that was awarded in 2009. Monique’s enduring passion for the law has seen her thrive in her return to it.
Monique’s particular interests in law are in family (property and parenting), wills & estate disputes, commercial & consumer litigation and employment law.
Most recently Monique has been working with the Aboriginal Legal Service in family law matters and in the Care and Protection jurisdiction throughout NSW and the ACT.
