Biography

Emily practices across a range of areas of law including business and commercial law, civil
litigation and debt recovery, employment law, strata and tenancy law, and consumer law.
She has a particular focus in commercial matters including the sale and purchase of
businesses and commercial lease agreements, as well as civil litigation across all jurisdictions,
including NCAT.

Background

Before being admitted as a solicitor, Emily had a broad career in corporate affairs and
marketing across varied industries. She has developed strong commercial acumen from her
experience in running marketing departments as well as being a small business owner.
Emily has contributed to the legal academic landscape by co-authoring a publication in
disability law and editing and reviewing legal manuscripts.
With a particular interest in commercial law and civil litigation, Emily works with clients to
achieve equitable and effective outcomes.
