Biography

Edward practices across a range of property areas including conveyancing, retirement village leases and commercial leases.

Edward is not your average conveyancer. After spending 5 years in the real estate industry Edward understands the potential tricks and traps of the marketplace. He is skilled in helping conveyancing clients achieve their desired property outcome.

Recent Work

Assisting with the sale of multiple commercial blocks of land to facilitate the purchase of a multimillion-dollar farm.
Advising a retirement village operator with how best to manage the resident’s facility and how to continue to provide a high level of services.
Assisting a law firm representing the other side of a transaction through the complex field of settling a conveyancing matter online to ensure that settlement proceeded as scheduled.

Background

Edward began his foray into the property world working as a real estate agent where he excelled for over 5 years working in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie area at LOVE Realty.

Edward then worked in property tax and the investment market at Australia’s leading tax depreciation company, BMT Tax Depreciation.

As the Office Manager and Conveyancer of Newcastle Legal and Conveyancing he liaises regularly with the other lawyers and other colleagues in the team on the cases they are handling.
