Biography

Kellie is a values-driven Conveyancing Paralegal who supports and manages our conveyancing matters alongside our Licenced Conveyancer, Eddie Mathews. 

Kellie understands the pressures that can come with buying or selling a home, which is why Kellie strives to ensure clients’ experiences are as stress-free as possible.

Recent Work

Kellie’s primary focus is on residential conveyancing transactions. Kellie has dealt with strata title developments and she acts for ‘mum and dad’ investors. Kellie’s favourite work is acting for Novocastrians buying and selling their own houses and apartments.

Background

Kellie has been a Conveyancing Paralegal since 2000. She commenced her career working in a legal practice in 1990 as a Legal Secretary, transitioning to become a Conveyancing Paralegal 10 years later.

Before joining the conveyancing team at Newcastle Legal, Kellie worked as the sole conveyancer at her previous two firms, managing each transaction from start to finish.

Kellie is friendly, professional in approach and very client-focussed. She has extensive knowledge of potential traps and pitfalls. Kellie performs and coordinates her conveyancing transactions in an efficient and productive manner.
